The Oregon Community Foundation has recently awarded $2 million in grants to Portland-area nonprofits, including $31,000 to Central City Concern, $28,000 to DePaul Industries and $25,000 each to the Coalition of Communities of Color, Gladstone Education Foundation, Neighborhood Health Center Dental and Portland Institute for Contemporary Art.
